The Motorola Razr is making a comeback! Thinking about it fills us with the nostalgia of its original 2004 predecessor. A member of the original team that created the Razr joins us on the podcast this week: Rob Shaddock.
Rob takes and encourages a wildly creative approach to solving problems in manufacturing. Too often we let the scope of huge projects cloud our judgement and ingenuity. One of his main tenets is the effectiveness of breaking large problems down into smaller bite-sized pieces.
“You have to set a new goal and unlock people’s imagination to get there.”
Rob Shaddock is Executive Vice President and Chief Technology Officer at TE Connectivity. Rob helps set the global engineering vision for the company.
